02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
03Use of Services
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse them — including by submitting false information, interfering with the platform, or attempting unauthorized access.

04Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
05Employer Obligations
Employers are responsible for providing accurate role requirements, maintaining a safe worksite, and complying with all applicable labor, safety, and employment laws for placed workers.
06Applicant & Worker Terms
Applicants agree that information they submit is accurate and may be shared with prospective employers and screening providers as part of the placement process. Placement is never guaranteed.
07Fees & Payment
Fees for staffing services are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, charges are based on hours worked, and invoices are due per the terms stated on each invoice.
08Intellectual Property
The Adrovatek name, logo, site, and content are owned by Adrovatek and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
09Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee particular hiring outcomes, candidate performance, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrovatek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the services at any time.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
