About the role
Direct a 12-person overnight crew, manage throughput targets, and own shift safety and housekeeping. This is a contract-to-hire position on 3rd shift through Adrovatek, who handles your pay, benefits, and onboarding so you can focus on the work.
What you’ll do
- Direct a 12-person overnight crew
- Hit throughput and accuracy targets
- Own shift safety and housekeeping
- Coach the team and cover gaps as needed
What you need
- 2+ years warehouse, 1+ leading people
- Forklift and RF scanner experience
- Comfortable with a WMS and basic reports
- Available for 3rd shift
